The first construction phase was the implementation on the ground.
The surveyor who carried out the demarcation of the land (before our purchase) failed the erection of a monument. Unfortunately it cost us a second coming of TPalm (not much) for that location could not do anything because it was the defining marker the side of our wall.
Second, our field was faulty it seems quite rare: Half of our building based on the crumbly rock and the other half on a clay soil. The settlement of the walls on such overrates cause long-term breaking of the walls.
Tpalm has dug deeper into the soles, and filled them with dry concrete compacted every 20 cm. This misfortune has still cost more than 1200 euros with 8 tons of concrete were needed.
